Y4 History and D&T: Our Viking Longhouses!

During our History lessons and visit to Murton Park, we had the opportunity to visit a replica longhouse. Having investigated the features of a Viking longhouse, we decided to create our own, and had to decide how we want them to look. We then had to transform our designs in to our own carefully-constructed models.

Here are the children designing them and some of the finished houses.
