As part of this term's history topic on the First World War, Y6 have been exploring the chronology of the events that made up the war. We have studied various aspects of the conflict, including its origins in the assassination of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand, the treaties and pacts between nations and the nature of trench warfare. We then organised the major events we have learnt about and created these fantastic timelines.
