Y6 Transition Work

27th Jun 2025

This week, many of our Y6 children attended the two special transition days laid on by our friends at All Saints Catholic High School. This was an excellent opportunity for them to familiarise themselves with the routines and expectations of secondary school life, and it was wonderful to hear our pupils speaking with such excitement about the next chapter of their education.

On Friday, all of the Y6 children, including those who will be transferring to schools other than All Saints, completed a fantastic piece of transition work about Y7. Each child researched various aspects of their new secondary schools before presenting the information in the excellent information leaflets that they designed and created.
