Y6 Science: Investigating Blood Vessels

This week, the young people of Y6 continued to study the circulatory system. We explored the journey of blood throughout the human body in increasing detail, establishing the functions of both the network of arteries and veins in transporting oxygen-rich and oxygen-depleted blood from and to our heart.

The children created these beautiful fact files, complete with scientific diagrams, to showcase their learning.
