Y6 RE: The Old Testament

2nd Feb 2024

The children of Y6 have now completed their latest unit of RE work, which has focused on the study of the Holy Bible. During this unit of work the children have studied various aspects of the Bible, including its many constituent books, the tradition of verbal storytelling which contributed to early Biblical scripture, the concept that the authors of the Bible were inspired by the Holy Spirit and the characteristics of both the New and Old Testaments.

As part of their work on this unit, the children have made these excellent fact files, detailing facts about the Old Testament, as well as summarising some its most important stories, such as those of Adam & Eve, Moses and Abraham.
