This week, in RE, the children have been learning about the vocation to join the priesthood. We have learnt about the spiritual journey a man must embark on in order to be ordained a priest in the Catholic Church, as well as the training he must undertake while living in a seminary - a special school providing education in theology. Finally, we produced some excellent timelines detailing each step in a deacon's journey towards the priesthood.
