Our Y6 Hollowford Residential Visit 2022

17th Jun 2022

Last week, the Y6 children visited the Hollowford Centre in Castleton for our residential visit. Here's a word from one of our Y6 children on our fantastic trip:

Last week we went on our residential to the Hollowford Centre. It was a brilliant three days! On this trip we shared the Centre with two other schools. We arrived on Wednesday, returning back to school on Friday, and every day was full of exciting and interesting activities, which were delivered by the Hollowford instructors. We took part in  archery and orienteering, caving, hill walking (some of us walked up Lose Hill and others Mam Tor), canoeing and abseiling. Everyone got the opportunity to take part in each of the brilliant activities. It was a very exciting (and tiring) three days!
