As part of this term's RE unit on the significance of the written word, we have been looking in increasing detail at the Bible and the constituent books within it.
This week, we have been exploring the beginnings of the Bible and the initial importance of the spoken word, which was then passed on via many people before it was written down and collated into what we now know as the Holy Bible.
We have also been identifying the different sections within the Bible, including the key differences between the Old and New Testaments and the themes and messages contained within specific biblical books.
