Y6 Be Safe Be Happy Week 2025: Glo-Rave Dancing

9th Nov 2025

On Thursday, the Y6 children joined forces with Megan from Links School Sport Partnership, for a fantastic and energetic Glo-Rave Aerobics session!

The classroom was transformed as the young people had a wonderful time dancing to some of their favourite songs. This was a brilliant way to incorporate physical activity into our "Be Happy" theme.

Dance and aerobic exercise are fantastic for boosting physical health, but just as importantly, they are proven to be an excellent way to relieve stress and significantly improve mood by releasing feel-good endorphins. It was a fun-filled start to our Thursday morning!
