Y5: Rounding Large Numbers

This week in Y5 Maths we have been rounding numbers in the ten thousands, hundred thousands and millions to the nearest 10. We have used our previous learning from this term's Place Value unit to read and write large numbers, identify the place value of each digit and then to round them to the closest multiple of 10. We shall continue to round numbers next week as we begin to round to the nearest 1,000 and 10,000.
