BSBHW 2019: Y5 Healthy Eating & Castle Martial Arts

On Wednesday Y5 learned all about the benefits of a balanced diet thanks to Taylor Shaw (our school dinner suppliers). We talked about the importance of the different food groups and we even made a healthy smoothie using Taylor Shaw's bicycle blenders!

We were also visited by Castle Martial Arts. We spent part of the afternoon learning different self-defense moves as well as the importance of keeping active!
