PTFA Friday Fayre 2023

6th Jul 2023

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to our incredible PTFA committee and all the volunteers who supported them so generously for organising and running the annual Friday Fayre! It was another incredible success because of the extraordinary efforts of everyone involved. Thankfully the weather, which had looked ominous at points, also behaved!

The PTFA Enterprise Challenge

I would like to thank our Y5 children who engaged so enthusiastically in this year’s PTFA-sponsored ‘Enterprise Challenge! They also worked very hard in their teams to share and then develop ideas, right through to organising roles, sourcing resources, purchasing, marketing their ideas, setting up their stalls, supporting customers and selling to them! They were incredible.

"What a privilege to see my class running their stalls as part of the School's Friday Fayre. I was amazed at how well they worked."

Mr Broadhead

Congratulations to all the Y5 children for engaging so positively with this year's challenge. Huge thanks also to our amazing PTFA for sponsoring the challenge. Finally, 'thank you' to all those who supported our incredible Y5 entrepreneurs.

The PTFA Enterprise Challenge trophy will be presented to this year's winning team at the annual end-of-year Mass of Thanksgiving on Wednesday 19th July 2023, all invited!
