Our Y4 children took their maths learning outside this week and accurately measured different rectilinear shapes in the playground.
We then brought our measurements back into the classroom and calculated the different perimeters of smaller items such as the bricks in our school building and the much larger perimeter of the soft play area under the climbing frame!
