Our Y4 children were very excited to receive 'Dragon Mail' this morning during their English lesson. In order to begin planning their non-chronological report on dragons, the childrenfirst needed to brush up on their knowledge by separating facts from fiction.
They learned about the origins of dragons in folklore and how they have been shaped by - and in turn shaped - myths and legends around the world, for centuries. our Y4 children were then successful in answering questions on the text, and no doubt acquired further helpful information to use in their forthcoming reports.
