Y4 Design Technology: Building Alarms

Our Y4 Children began designing and constructing their burglar alarms this week. Working in groups, they applied their learning of electrical circuits from science to create 'push-to-make' alarms. In the next lesson their next challenge will be to install circuitry into a simulated house (a shoebox) before testing its effectiveness.

Well done to our Y4 designers! Great teamwork! Thank you to their families for donating all the shoeboxes too!
