This week, our Y4 pupils explored landscapes in contrasting works of art and learned about key elements of composition, including the foreground, background and the use of perspective. They discussed how these features add interest and depth to a scene.
Taking advantage of the sunshine, the children also went outside and used their ‘view finders’ to identify the different parts of a landscape within our school grounds. Well done, everyone!
