Y3 History: Our Roman Adventure!

20th Jan 2022

Last week our Y3 superstars went on a fabulous Roman adventure at the Yorkshire Museum of Farming!

It was brilliant! everyone dressed up and spent the day as legionnaires conscripted into the mighty Roman army.

We practised writing in Latin, marched together, threw spears and even went in to battle against the Celts!

We had an amazing day learning about life in Roman Britain.

Thank you to the fantastic team at the Yorkshire Museum of Farming and to our brilliant volunteers who supported us so well!
