Y3 Science: Healthy Diets

This week in our science lesson we continued our unit focusing on animals and humans.

We investigated what made a balanced diet and considered the functions of each food-type. We then brainstormed the different types of food and explored what food category they belong to. We talked lots about how we can ensure that we have a balanced diet to keep us all feeling fit and healthy.
