This week in out Food Technology lesson we were thinking about being safe when chopping and cutting as part of our topic 'Fruit Kebabs' topic.
We explored the 'bridge' and 'claw' chopping techniques, and practised them by cutting different fruits safely and efficiently.
Everyone tried really hard!
