Y1: What can our bodies do?

We have continued thinking about our amazing human body and today we have thought about the body parts linked to our five senses. Children thought hard about what eyes can see, hands can feel and ears can hear and shared their ideas with their partner.

Children were asked to use full sentences throughout the activity.

Everyone had focused writing time where they were able to write down some of their ideas. Saying their sentence out loud helped them to remember what they were writing.

We are so proud of all our amazing young writers!
