Y1: Wellbeing Art!

The children loved creating pieces of 'wellbeing art', linked to colour. 

Frist we read  the 'Colour Monster' story and discussed how our emotions can change throughout the day and how in the story these feelings were represented by colours. 

Each child then completed a piece of a jigsaw in colours representing how they were feeling.

Each piece fitted together in order to show that together we are a single united class made up of special people, all different, all amazing and all there for one another.   

Our art looks amazing in the school library window!
