Y1 Be Safe Be Happy Week 2025: Wellbeing Dog Visit

Today Annie, a Police Officer from South Yorkshire Police, introduces Dotty, a wellbeing dog with South Yorkshire Police, to the Y1 children, who loved asking lots of great questions about her and her role. They also fussed Dotty and gave her lots of strokes. 

They learned that Annie and Dotty support different people with their wellbeing, in hospitals and hospices, as well police officers who have been involved in serious incidents.
