Y4 Weekly Update!

13th Sep 2024

Wow, what a fantastic first full week!

In English we are working on the features of a newspaper report, and to support this we will be writing our own newspaper report based on the text BEOWULF.

In mathematics we have explored place value, and this will be our focus for the next few weeks.

Furthermore, in science we have had a close look at the 'Father of Classification' Carl Linneaus. Maybe you can ask the children what they can remember about Carl Linneaus' life, and there might be smilies on offer for anyone who can share a fact they can remember on Monday!
