Visit from a local author

Today we were visited by Sue Wilkins a local author who read one of her books, Alfie's Story, a book based on a true life story about her own cat who is now around 12 years old. The children were amazing and sat and listened so quietly and respectfully throughout the whole story. Sue commented on their excellent behaviour and mentioned that it was often difficult reading to a 'Reception' class due to chatting and fidgeting. We are very proud of the children who asked questions and clearly showed they were listening from the comments they made.
