Y5 History: Our Viking Adventure!

Wow! What a wonderful trip we had to Yorkshire Farming Museum!

We spent the whole day in our Viking families. A 'mother' and 'father' were appointed for each family. We were immersed in so many activities from Viking life. We farmed the land, made bread, learned how to be soldiers and made oil lamps (these will be on display at our curriculum showcase next half term.)
