Transport

11th Feb 2018

Today we have been thinking about transport and all the different types of transport we and others use.  We thought about if they are used in the air, on land or at sea.  Children had a timed activity to work together to think of as many types of vehicle that they could.  They thought of some even I hadn't.

They then thought about the most appropriate mode of transport for different situations, e.g to get to school, to travel on a school trip, to travel to Australia and to deliver hay to the sheep up a hill. hey were encouraged to give reasons for their answers.
