SJF Rocksteady Showcase 2019

1st Jul 2019

Dear Parents and Carers,

If your child is involved in the Rocksteady Music project you are invited to attend their first Rocksteady showcase! There will be a maximum of two tickets per family and these will be sent home. Unfortunately spaces are limited to two members of each child's family.

The showcase takes place on Thursday 4th July 2019 in the community parish hall (next to school). and you are asked not to park in the car park.

The doors will open at 2:20pm and you are asked to arrive on time with your tickets. Please note that the doors will be locked again at 2:30pm, so please make sure that you arrive on time.

Pictures will be taken and uploaded to the school website, where they will be available for you to view and download. Please do not take photographs on the day as you might capture the image of a child who cannot be photographed. Also, you might distract the children as they are trying to perform.

The showcase is due to finish no later than 3:30pm. The event is free of charge, and we hope that you will enjoy the showcase!

The children will be brought back into school after the performances and released on to the playground in the usual way.

Kind regards,

Mr Shepherd - Rocksteady Music Coordinator
