Y2 STEM Week

In Y2 we have been learning about Sir Robert Scott and his adventurous expedition to the Antarctic.

We decided to design and build some sledges to help him get back home as quickly as possible.

Firstly we investigated the designs of two different types of sledge - and picked out the good qualities.

We then created our own sledge designs.

After that we made a sledge and then tested the speed of them.

What a busy week!
