SJF Sports Day 2024 (Part 2)

21st Jun 2024

Here is a special message from Mrs Broadhead who coordinated our Sports Day 2024.

What a wonderful afternoon we had!

Lots of fun and positivity!

The children demonstrated all of our school values: determination, honesty, respect, self belief, teamwork and passion.

Thank you for all the support given by the children's friends and family and a massive 'thank you' to the volunteers who helped us to run the event. Memories made for each and every one of us.

Also huge thanks to Mrs Broadhead, for all her hard work behind the scenes to ensure that everything was thoroughly planned, organised and prepared. She was again excellent on the loudspeaker too!

We thank the staff for supporting Mrs Broadhead and give special thanks to Mr Ramsden, who also worked very hard behind the scenes in order to prepare the track and grounds.

Finally, we thank our great friends from the PTFA for their support generally, and for selling the tea towels and ice creams to raise funds for school.

What a wonderful afternoon!
