Y3 RE: Exploring the Sorrowful Mysteries

Our Y3 children read the scripture from Mark 15: 21-27 and reflected on Jesus' example of self-giving.

They watched and then shared the sorrowful mysteries on the the Rosary.

The children then put lots of thought in to the creation of a piece of art to reflect the life and example of Jesus as portrayed by the sorrowful mysteries. They chose highly descriptive words like perseverance, courage, determined, calm and patient to reflect Jesus' mission to do God's will.
