FS2: Signs of Spring!

6th Mar 2020

The children of FS2 have been noticing signs of Spring around school.

We are delighted to see the daffodils out in bloom and crocuses were spotted at the side of the garage!

There was also a flurry of excitement when the furry catkins of our pussy willow tree were mistaken for little creatures!

The weeping cherry tree near the top of the path is also now in full bud and ready to blossom.

The children have been stopping during play to listen to birdsong and have enjoyed looking out of the window to see blue tits and a robin feeding at our bird feeder.
