FS2 Expedition to the Shire Brook Valley Nature Reserve

This week FS2 enjoyed a wonderful visit to the Shire Brook Valley Nature Reserve.

They were shown round by ranger called Nell and completed lots of different and fantastic activities. 

They were challenged to identify butterflies; they learned about how caterpillars camouflage; they made a plant out of different organic material, before making their own mini-beasts! It was brilliant!

Thank you to all the parent/carer helpers whose support made our visit possible.
