Sheffield Childcare Survey 2025

Each local authority is required by the Department of Education to consult with parents and carers, each year to gain feedback on childcare needs of families in the city and their experiences of trying to access childcare.

If you take the survey your response will help us to work with childcare providers and schools, to plan and improve their provision based on the needs of families in the city.

The closing date of the survey is Friday 19th September 2025.

We will report on results of the survey in Sheffield's Childcare Sufficiency Assessment which will be available in November 2025 on the City Council's website.
