Shapes

15th Feb 2019

This week the young people of FS2 have been learning all about shapes!

We have played games in the sand, created our own tangram pictures and even been on a magical shape hunt!

In our maths lesson we used pieces of string to make different shapes. We then drew around them and talked about the features e.g. the number of sides and corners. We then named the shape.

We the explored how we could change the string in order to make a different shape, it was great fun and really interesting!
