We have been learning about the main parts of plants, including their names.
We played a game in which we were challenged to match the part of the plant with its job (e.g. a leaf soaks up the sunlight to help the plant make food).
Everyone then created a collage of a flowering plant and labelled it.
Some of the children extended their learning by writing some more about the basic functions.
