Y5 Geography: Investigating the Water Cycle

19th Nov 2021

We have been looking at the Water Cycle as part of our topic on rivers.

We remembered lots from our previous work on this when we were in Y4, including lots of great vocabulary like evaporation, condensation, transpiration, precipitation and run-off.

The water cycle is a big part of our topic as we discovered that the amount of water in our world is in fact the same as it has always been.

To help us remember the different stages we became water droplets and acted out the water cycle.
