We have been learning about the presentation of Jesus in the temple with Simeon and Anna. Both loved God very much and were very old. God had promised them that they would not die until they had His son, baby Jesus.

The children did some drama work and talked about how happy Simeon and Anna were to finally meet Jesus.

They said Jesus would bring happiness to the whole world and that he is the light of the world.
