Y1 RE: Meals

The children of Y1 had a super RE lesson which was part of our 'Meals' topic.

They re-enacted 'The Last Supper', sharing some bread and wine (blackcurrant juice) and recited the words first said by Jesus to his Disciples the night before he died, and repeated during the consecration at Mass.

Please talk to your children and show how much they can remember. Can they repeat any of the words to you? Can they talk about other, different, parts of the Mass too?
