The aim of this challenge is to see how many times you can hit the tennis ball under control within one minute on your own or with a partner.
You can make it easier or harder by hitting the ball softer or harder, or by playing with a partner. Changing the distance between you and your partner will also adjust the difficulty.
What will be your best score? Can you improve over the week and beat your best score?
The Sports Majors run the activity at morning break, every day.
