PTFA FRIDAY FAYRE

3rd Jun 2024

Dear Parents and Carers

This year, the PTFA Friday Fayre will be happening on Friday June 28th after school and runs from 3:30-5:30pm. There will be the usual fun, games, stalls, food and drink. The day will feature performances from various groups and stalls from the wonderful Y5 pupils "Enterprise Challenge".  Please see the attached flyer.

A lot of thought and effort goes into making this day a wonderful event for the whole school community. If there is anything you can do to offer support, please get in touch with the PTFA committee via email (ptfa@st-johnfisher.org).

Ways you can help:

-We are very keen to hear from volunteers who may be able to help run a stall on the day, or help to set up or clean up afterwards.

-We are hunting for raffle prizes for the raffle which will be held on the day. Perhaps you know a business, or work for a company that may be willing to donate a prize? Things like vouchers, alcohol etc all go down very well!

-We are collecting donations of pre-loved teddies in good condition for our "Ready Teddy Roll" game. Please could these be dropped off in reception if you have any you're willing to part with.

Please do get in touch if you can help at all.

Many thanks

The PTFA Committee - Catherine Cooper, Jess Pattison, Lauren Howarth, Cat Ball, Swathi Paul, Lucy Wells, Jenine Crapper
