Primary Gymnastics Concorde Sports Centre

Today, sixteen of our SJF gymnasts from KS2 (Years 3-6) took part in a citywide gymnastics competition at Concorde Sports Centre, along with children from six other schools.

The children competed in three teams:

  • Y3/4 Foundation
  • Y3/4 Advanced 
  • Y5/6 Foundation

They performed routines to demonstrate agility, balance and coordination, before showcasing everything in a final routine for the judges. The children represented our school brilliantly, showing great determination, teamwork and confidence throughout the event.

We congratulate Team SJF for achieving 4th place overall! 

We thank the organisers and everyone who looked after us so well. We also thank Mrs Broadhead for coordinating our team and all the wonderful volunteers who supported and encouraged our children so brilliantly!
