Y4 Catholic Life: Preparing for Advent!

This week the children are excited for the forthcoming season of Advent. Along with preparing for, and leading, our annual Advent Wreath Blessing celebration, the class has worked hard to create our own Y4 class wreath.

We ventured out into the school grounds together to collect evergreens - which symbolise God's undying love for us - and used them to create our beautiful wreath.

The children have been working hard this week to discuss and acknowledge the importance of the symbolism behind celebrating Advent, and our wonderful Wreath Blessing was a beautiful way to share their hard work.
