FS2 Planting Seeds

We have been looking closely at different types of seeds.

Each child planted their own seed very carefully.

We then had a close look at a packet of sunflower seeds and used our maths skills to estimate, count and then share out the seeds equally between our four House teams.

Mrs Prentice then worked with each of our House teams to plant the sunflower seeds along our new fence.

We will need to keep checking them and watering them so that they can grow healthily. We can't wait to see when the first shoots start to sprout.
