Y1 Phonics

8th May 2019

Our Y1 pupils have been working really hard on their phonics in preparation for the Phonics Screening Check in June.

Information was shared at the recent workshop and any work you do at home at home will certainly benefit them.

You might like to use the booklet we sent home before Easter or the websites suggested on the handout which was sent out even more recently.

We are all really proud of everyone each day when we read our 40 words

Why not ask your child to sing you our special song before they start their phonics work at home (complete with Jazz hands)?
