Y1 Design & Technology Challenge: Paper Bridges

After a few weeks investigating bridges and how we can strengthen paper by rolling and folding, the children designed and constructed their own newspaper bridges.

Our challenge was to design a structure capable of holding a 500g weight!

Lots of great team work during an exciting a fun-filled afternoon of learning and discovery!
