Our Latest 'Beat Your Best' Weekly Challenge!

14th Oct 2022

Last week our our Sports Major, Fred, coordinated an awesome BYB challenge and lots of children had a go! Well done, Fred, and everyone who tried to beat their best!

This week it is Oscar's turn, and he has come up with a brand new BYB challenge for the children to try. In his challenge the children will practise a 'crossover' basketball dribble.

A 'crossover dribble' is a basketball manoeuvre in which the player dribbling the ball switches the ball rapidly from one hand to the other, in order to change in direction suddenly and make it harder for an opponent to take the ball from them.

Please have a look at Oscar's fantastic demonstration and then have a go. Make sure you find Oscar and Mr Johnson during breaktimes.
