Time to talk: Why is it important to share worries and say how you feel? Does it ever help to ‘bottle them up’? It is very important to remember that we all have the right to feel happy, safe and loved in our lives. At St John Fisher we learn that we must ‘tell, tell, tell’ so who will you choose to speak to if you ever need to?
Be brave and speak up if you need to.
Also look out for others who need to share how they are feeling with you.
