Our Statement of Belief

2nd Oct 2022

Our next ‘statement of Belief’ continues the theme around forgiveness and  is: “I know how to show I am sorry.”

Time to talk: You could think about what being sorry is really like. What does it actually mean - to be sorry?

How can we show that we are sorry?  How should we show we are sorry?

Why is it so difficult to actually say sorry sometimes?

Why does Jesus challenge us to say sorry when we have hurt others and have been unkind or unfair?

How does it feel when you pluck up the courage to say sorry - and are then forgiven - unconditionally?
