This week's fun BYB challenge has been set by Kessy, one of our fantastic Sports Leaders.

Kessy's challenge will test (and help in improve) your skipping skills. Watch her helpful demonstration and see what score you can get! Can you then beat your best score?

Why not finding Kessy or Mr Johnson and have a go at break-time in school? Why not try at home and encourage those you live with to have a go too? Who is the best? Who makes the biggest improvement over the week?
