Our Local Area

Following on from the work we started a couple of weeks ago, the children recalled the features we came across when we explore our local area. 

They began creating a linear map of their journey. 

As last week was 'STEM Week' in school we completed our maps today. 

They are fantastic and some are already hanging in the classroom.

The children really enjoyed working on paper of different sizes and layouts.
